As per the Government directives it is mandatory to produce their valid Photo ID proof at the time of Check –in which can be in form of any one of Aadhar Card, Voter ID Card or Driving License (PAN card is not accepted as a valid ID Card) for Indian Nationals & “Passport and Visa copy” for Foreign Nationals & NRI’s failing which the hotel reserves the right to refuse the check in. For foreign nationals who are working in India on a work permit are required to submit a copy of certificate of registration issued from FRRO in India.

GENERAL TERMS AND CONDITIONS

The hotel reserves the right of admission. Guests will be held responsible for any loss or damage (except normal wear and tear) to the hotel assets caused by themselves, their friends or any person for whom they are responsible. Guest shall keep the hotel room in good condition and maintain hygiene and cleanliness. Smoking is not allowed in Royal Duplex Family Suite and Executive Attic Suite. Pets are not allowed in the hotel premises.

In our endeavor to keep the hotel premises absolutely safe for all our guests, hotel reserves the right to search any of the belongings of the guests including opening and scanning their luggage.

Visitors are not permitted in the guest rooms.

The hotel will not be held responsible for any valuable left by the guest in the rooms or accept any liability for loss incurred during the stay. In case of default in payment of dues by a guest, the management shall be entitled to lien on the luggage and belongings and to detain the same and sell or auction such property at any time after the date of departure without reference to the party. Storing of articles of a combustible or hazardous nature, in residential rooms is strictly prohibited. Guests are responsible to observe the Government Rules and Regulations in force from time to time in respect of registrations, alcoholic drinks, firearms etc.

Booking Confirmations, Cancellation and Amendments:-

Bookings will be confirmed only after receiving 50% advance.

All room bookings wherein the expected time of arrival of the guest is before 1200 noon, needs to pre-blocked from a day prior to the arrival date. (Example if a Guest is arriving at 0300 hrs on Tuesday room will be blocked from Monday itself & thus room charge from Monday onwards will be billed). Early Check-in would be allowed on or after 0800 hrs (subject to availability). In case of a no show or an early departure the hotel reserves the right to charge the entire duration of the stay as per the discretion of the hotel management.

Any extension in stay is subject to the availability of the room & the room category at the time of the request is made which may result in hotel offering another room category (higher or lower) for the extended period in case the room category in which the guest is staying / already booked is not available at the time of request.

The hotel reserves the rights to pre authorize one night charge on the credit card given for guarantee purpose unless guaranteed via a company letter or advance deposit.

Hotel would extend a late Check-out till 1400 hrs without any additional charges. Half day room charges would be applicable from 1400 - 1700 hrs and full day charges would be applicable beyond 1700 hrs. All late check-out requests would be honored subject to availability.

Certain privileged booking rates or special offers are not eligible for cancellation, refund or any change. The Customer is therefore advised to check the room description and in such conditions carefully prior to making a booking. Credible Hotels shall not be liable to cancel or refund any money or alter any bookings if booking are made under such privileged booking rates or special offers.

In case of cancelation of booking 72 hours prior to arrival no cancellation charges apply. Upon cancellation of booking, the refund of the booking amount will be initiated. The booking amount after deduction of cancellation charges and taxes, as applicable, will be credited into the bank account of the Customer using NEFT, The refund process may take 07-10 business days.
